OPERATION SPECIALIST

Overview:
Join the team at Jolly Trolly Construction, a leading home improvement and construction company serving South Florida. We specialize in roofing and window services and are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant/Permit Coordinator to join our busy team in Doral.

Responsibilities:

• Confirming appointments via phone calls (Compensation: $10 for each appointment confirmed, $100 per sale).

• Pulling permits for job sites (Compensation: $50 for each permit pulled; no prior knowledge required).

• Maintaining up-to-date records in the CRM system.

• Ensuring ladders and permits are available at job sites for inspections.

• Performing general administrative duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Proficient is using computers

• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite applications.

• Familiarity with South Florida area.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not mandatory.

• Dependable, responsible, punctual, and committed.

• Capability to manage multiple phone calls simultaneously.

• Valid driver's license.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Candidates must be able to reliably commute to our office in Hallandale, FL 33009 or be willing to relocate before starting work.
